Medical journals are highly compromised.

Take JAMA (The Journal of the American Medical Association) for example. While published by the AMA, JAMA operates as a key mechanism through which the pharmaceutical industry protects its profits.

JAMA effectively serves as a corporate billboard for pharmaceutical companies. The journal relies heavily on pharmaceutical company advertising and lucrative corporate purchases of 'study reprints' to sustain its prestigious publishing network. This is a severe structural conflict of interest.

This dependency ensures the journal will continue to push findings that are favorable to their corporate overlords JAMA will avoid publishing studies or taking editorial stances that severely damage the bottom lines of its primary corporate backers ensuring the information inside is skewed to promote their sponsors.

As a reminder, over half of published research is misleading or false. Proceed with caution.

Nuclear Honesty, Russian Mediation and a Better Ending ...

While Donald Trump and the Iranian Regime have finally compelled the global Mindscape to register that a ceasefire is in place, the deeper truth is that a deal has already been struck (and was some time ago) in order to create the conditions for the making public of the public making of the final deal at the end of this deal.

And that actually makes sense, if you think about it.

I have believed this for some time, and yet, one issue continues to swim beneath the surface of the fray while occasionally rising above it, its Narrative shadow so large that virtually every player on the game board concedes its existential weight when it arrives.

That issue is the nuclear question.

It is the core animating engine not merely of the supposed threat the Iranian Regime poses to the West, but of the broader construct the Globalist Hegemon has sought to weaponize for years.

Trump has been methodically disarming this engine in a more permanent fashion than any of his predecessors for reasons this audience finds obvious, beginning with the net effects of his Operation Midnight Hammer in 2025 and continuing through the more recent supposed kinetics and narrative maneuvers of what we now recognize as Epic Fury.

Both operations were, and are Actual Military Operations.

And yet, I maintain that they have been conducted largely within the domain of Fifth-Generation Warfare—above the threshold of all-out war in visible strikes on missile silos, naval assets and proxy infrastructure, and beneath it in the simultaneous dismantling of the Narrative architecture that would have justified a wider, hotter and more permanent proxy conflict.

This is why disarming the Narrative of Iran’s nuclear threat has always been paramount to Trump’s ability to claim eventual victory—not a victory over the Regime itself, but a victory over the story that would have served as the anchorpoint of the very war the Globalist Hegemon has long attempted to ignite, using Iran as both proxy and patsy.

Strip away the nuclear pretext they have long seeded and germinated, and the entire forever-war scaffolding begins to collapse under its own weight.

That is Trump's real objective, in my estimation, and always has been.

Under this framing, the contradictory messaging emanating from the Switzerland negotiations is almost comedic in its transparency.

It suggests that not every member of either delegation has been fully read in on the true contours of the deal Trump has in the offing.

And to that effect, Trump himself just cut through the noise with a single, clarifying signal: “Nuclear Honesty.”

In his recent communication, he stated plainly that Iran has “fully and completely agreed to highest level Nuclear inspections long into the future (Infinity!!!). This will insure ‘Nuclear Honesty.’”

Without that commitment, he made clear, there would be no further negotiations.

On the back of Epic Fury’s demonstrated resolve, that phrase becomes the key vector toward the codification of a long and stable peaceful paradigm, while acting as the translation layer of a private understanding that the old nuclear Narrative is no longer operative, and must not be again, to be used by ANY player on the board.

And Trump, as always is not alone in the setting of this Sovereign Signal, as Russia continues to position itself as the willing host for Iran’s enriched uranium program—not as a means of enabling weaponization, but explicitly under the guise of preventing it while preserving the on-ramp toward the civil nuclear energy program I predicted last year.

This is no accident.

Whether this dimension is primarily Actual or primarily Narrative matters less than the geometry it creates in keeping with the Regions of Responsibility template and the Multipolar framework we've discussed for years, and which stands as the central promise at the heart of the Sovereign Alliance theory.

Where it concerns the threat Iran poses to the west, then, Russia is forming yet another pincer with Donald Trump rather than against him.

Through backchannels and overt mediation offers, Moscow is supplying off-ramps to war and on-ramps to peace at the precise moment the Globalist Hegemon’s preferred escalation path has been cut off.

This dialectic recalls the tense, high-stakes back-and-forth between the JFK Administration and Nikita Khrushchev during the Cuban Missile Crisis, replete with secret understandings, mutual face-saving measures and the eventual establishment of durable communication channels.

The difference is that, this time, the story has been engineered for a superior and lasting outcome.

In that earlier crisis, the world stepped back from the brink and a limited thaw followed.

Here, I believe the climax will mirror the structure of that earlier story, but that it will deliver a markedly better ending: not merely the avoidance of catastrophe, but the positive construction of a multipolar energy abundance paradigm in which civil nuclear power becomes a cornerstone of sovereign development rather than a perpetual Sword of Damocles.

The contradictory claims made by the US and Iran in the interim function as the necessary public theater.

They allow each side to satisfy domestic audiences and hardliners while the actual deals gather strength in the shadows, as the Mindscape is given just enough friction to remain engaged, while the real movement occurs along vectors the legacy media and the Hegemon it serves are structurally unequipped to track and too discombobulated to counter in real time, since they are only following the proceedings in narrative time.

What emerges on the other side of Trump's dialectic with Iran, and which is now being assisted by Russia is not the surrender of one side to another, but the mutual recognition that the old Narrative of inevitable Armageddon has been retired.

In its place stands the possibility of peace underwritten by great-power coordination, while the Globalist Hegemon’s last credible pretext for managed chaos in the region has been disarmed—not with a single bomb or an exhaustive kinetic campaign, but with a sustained, patient narrative run in lockstep from opposite sides of the ledger.

For over twenty years, an engineer named Richard Bernstein did precisely what his doctors ordered.

He ate the diet the American Diabetes Association blessed, close to half of it carbohydrate, and chased the resulting flood of sugar with large doses of insulin. It was killing him. By his mid-thirties his body was breaking down: failing kidneys, nerve damage, the early wreckage of a Type 1 diabetic who had been told in 1946 he would be lucky to reach forty.

The treatment was textbook. The patient was dying on it.

In 1969 he got hold of a machine that blew the whole thing open. It was a blood glucose meter, a three-pound box sold only to hospitals to tell an unconscious diabetic from a drunk. Bernstein could get one at all only because his wife was a doctor and it was bought in her name.

He began measuring his own blood sugar several times a day, the first patient in the world known to do it. What the numbers showed was damning. His levels were swinging violently outside any safe range, on the exact diet the experts had sworn by.

So he ran the experiment they never bothered to run. He cut the carbohydrate hard and swapped the big insulin doses for small, precise ones. His blood sugars flattened to near normal. His complications began to reverse.

He had cracked tight control for Type 1, the type the profession insisted diet could never touch, and the very same approach worked for Type 2.

Then came the most telling part of all. When he tried to publish what had just saved his life, the journals turned him away, not on the evidence, but because he was an engineer and not a physician. So at the age of 45 he enrolled in medical school, for the sole purpose of earning the right to be heard. He qualified, opened his own practice, and spent the next several decades proving the establishment wrong one patient at a time.

The profession never really thanked him for it. It had spent years handing a high-carbohydrate diet to people whose defining problem is that they cannot handle carbohydrate, and then blaming those same people when they fell apart.

Bernstein lived with Type 1 diabetes for 78 years and died last year at 90. He outlived a great many of the experts who swore it could not be done, and a great many more of the patients who were simply given the official advice and told to trust it.
