Hi @Theholisticpsyc, I’ve read that awareness is key in breaking patterns, but sometimes awareness alone doesn’t stop disordered eating behaviours. What strategies help people actually change those patterns after becoming aware of them?
Hi @Theholisticpsyc, I’ve been trying to understand the root of disordered eating patterns beyond just habits more from a nervous system/emotional standpoint. In your experience, what’s the first thing someone should focus on when they rebuild a healthy relationship with food?

@EM203CRobinson I love this perspective, Claire. Adapting teaching strategies for the digital age is such a life changer, and it’s exciting to think about how we can take more ownership of our learning with this.
@WrightAbby89795 Yes abby, learning is so much more than checking boxes, it’s about building meaning. Those strategies really show how intentional thinking helps knowledge stick.
@EM203TCassian I completely agree Thompson. The mix of tech and hands on learning really highlights how engagement shapes understanding in the digital age.
@EM203joei Jessica, I totally agree. The mix of engagement styles really makes the learning feel more human and dynamic. I'm very excited to see how the conversations and topics change over the next few weeks.
@EM203treid Hi Tiki, I've also been really enjoying this class so far. I enjoy that we learn how understanding how we learn is just as important as what we learn, especially in a digital world.
The first lessons in #EM203Robin have been really engaging! Learning about how we learn in the digital age and who today’s learners are has been interesting and relatable. I’m enjoying the course so far and looking forward to what’s next
