@JD8Baseball Being good at baseball is a fairly solitary lifestyle that isn't for everyone. I agree pitching is easier to be recruited off of metrics, but coaches more and more are questioning hitters ability to get around and high level fastballs until they see them do it.
Well said, in addition do not be led to believe that throwing and releasing a ball of any weight is an “arm care” program. If the ball leaves your hand, it is not arm care, only performance. To stay healthy a throwing program must balance energy in with energy out.
