Yesterday, the participants of ICAVS12 could not only listen to lectures but also go on a trip to Wieliczka Salt Mine and meet together during the Conference Dinner 100 meters underground. It was an occasion to hand researchers the awards for outstanding contributions to science.

Tuesday on the ICAVS12 was rich in the many interesting lectures and amusements! The participants had a chance to visit the museum of chemistry, to take part in the excursion exploring the architectural heritage of Krakow as well as to spend time together in the Beer Club.
