Eng. Zimbe Pafula Bigambo is a Civil Engineer with over ten years of experience in road and oil & gas projects. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Building Engineering (Kyambogo University) and a Postgraduate Degree in Project Planning and Management (Uganda Management Institute).

He currently serves as Deputy Resident Engineer on Lots 4 and 5 of the Nansana Road Projects under GKMA-UDP, where he oversees contract administration, construction supervision, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination.

We congratulate him as he takes the Engineers’ Oath, celebrating a career dedicated to infrastructure excellence, professional integrity, and impactful engineering delivery.
