@Guruith There's Maneki that most big Anime studio uses to render out their CGI cut in Maya since they're the best at these kind of toony rendering but sadly they would only sell their licenses in bulk. Other options would be Blender/UE5/Unity with custom shaders but it's an extra step :(
I made a dynamic and fully art-directable Minecraft sky / atmosphere system in Unreal.
4 gradients with variants for different times of day that it blends between. Clouds are ray marched in the shader from a texture. Sun / Moon always face the camera

Spent hours figuring out why usd animation isn't being updated properly after reloading the stage, apparently Unreal 5.7 just doesn't wanted to invalidate its in-memory cache table for geo cache.. Wrote a script to flush the geo cache instead- I'd love to have my time back though
Day 4 with Unreal Engine- I really wanted to make those dripleaf and grass waves around a bit. Tired using World Position Offset but that just moves the entire thing instead of deforming it via Sine function .-.
Got a simple OpenUSD refresher working! Punched a socket in UE5 for Maya to notify updates and its pretty dang cool.
You could add objects into Sets and those will automatically be included to the USD stage
Side by side (Lumen and Path Tracing). I've also been pretty interested in the USD pipeline so I might try to streamline the flow between Maya and Unreal Engine for real-time updates later if thats even possible
I was playing around with UE5 as a render engine and thought how identical both Lumen and Path Tracing looks, could be useful for preview since Lumen runs at insane 90fps in 4k which is pretty crazy.
I just assumed it's a magic at this point
We're using Arnold render engine (GPU version) for this project. I did most of the lighting setup and visuals, here are some of the highlights! 🖼️
These amazing visuals would definetly not be possible without the insane PBR materials setup made by @F0xG4mer :o

Unrelated but thought I'd show off some of the "Minecraft Springtrap" renders I've made for the recent CK9C NPC concert too! These stunning animations were made by Katrina 🔥
