@nabeelqu Because referring to my own unique experience, while meditating has not eliminated the ability for me to speak in my own head it’s has reduced the frequency of various “intrusive thoughts”. where before meditation these thoughts took up most of my mental space

@nabeelqu I have a clarifying question, by inner monologue are you referring to the ability for someone one to wilfully use language and hear it within one’s own mind? Or are you referring to the stream of unwilled verbal thoughts often expressed by people with the former capacity?

@woahnicexd @RyseUpGaming @khaliltooshort Right I had similar findings, it seems that a retainer or “Kosho” was his position which would normally be filled by younger males trained into that role ( of defending their master, doing chores holding their weapons etc) but idk if he was promoted after or not, yet
