Pretoria Man Opens Case After Drugging and Theft:

A Pretoria man has opened a criminal case after being drugged and robbed at his apartment in the Pretoria CBD.

The complainant claims he lost consciousness after hosting two women at his residence and later discovered that several belongings, including a work laptop, clothing, shoes and other valuables, had been stolen.

CCTV footage from the apartment complex shows two women leaving the building carrying items believed to belong to the victim.

The suspects have been described as a slim-built dark-complexioned woman and a medium-built light-complexioned woman with a “444” tattoo on her chest.

In this clip, Warrant Officer Sander mentions, very much in passing, that he has SKIN CANCER, which he suspects could have been caused by working with toxic drugs which have deadly chemicals. 😢💔 The Back-a-Buddy campaign for his coffee machine is sitting at R85 407.00 currently.

I was wondering if people who are able to speak to SAPS Powers that be, if they are here on X, could they not request that he be allowed to receive this money, which could probably also go towards his medical costs. I imagine that there are such costs he is going to have to deal with, if he isn't already. If it's against SAPS policy for Officers to receive financial gifts, could a special permission be granted for him. He can buy his coffee machine and use the rest for his personal needs.

PS. I'm not a spokesperson or initiator of the campaign. Just a concerned and touched citizen. 🙏🏽

BREAKING:
The Director of Public Prosecutions Mpumalanga Division has filed an application for leave to appeal against the orders granted by Chief Magistrate in Kwaggafontein.

The orders the DPP seeks to appeal are, among others, the conviction of the prosecutor for contempt of court and the order authorising a warrant of arrest against him.

An appeal means the order is automatically suspended until the hearing of
the application for leave to appeal and finalisation thereof.

In addition to the notice for leave to appeal, the DPP has also filed a formal request for
written reasons for the orders.

Atteridgeville, Pretoria:

Armed suspects stormed a house and robbed the occupants of phones, cash, and a vehicle belonging to the homeowner.

The victim’s son-in-law, who was on a call with his wife when it suddenly cut off, heard the disturbance and rushed to the house.

On arrival, he found 3/4 suspects attempting to flee in the stolen vehicle.

When he approached, they allegedly opened fire and shot him in the stomach.

He returned fire, fatally shooting two suspects, wounding another, while one managed to escape.
