@Etisalat_Care Your reply states that this is for verification. But not even banks ask for so many details. Adding too many requests from customers is just a way to delay/reduce number of requests because it’s just too hectic to get a call back. I guess that strategy works then.

- account number
- account owner's full name
- Emirates ID last 5 digits
- date of birth
- name or the monthly rental charges of the main package
