@Out_of_Hornets@Kilooo24 As a wolves fan I will say I love him and am sad about him being the guy we traded but he will lead the team in fouls
I was worried what he would do in starting role for that reason alone. He commits some of the worst fouls you will see then complains… will score 22+ppg though
@RunItBackFDTV@MichelleDBeadle@boogiecousins@ChandlerParsons@TeamLou23 I think people forgetting that beringer has massive potential and had some flashes in spots
As well as Rocco having a very good d league stretch
They both will get a shot to be a backup to this team and more for the future. If anything it makes wolves a little small at 3-4
@jjmaples55 Yes. I think we are clearly in a spot in the league where there are a number of stretch bigs that can slide in and produce but when you try that same thing with a pg… it just doesn’t work out. The kid from Det last year might be the only example I can think of found money pgs
@KnicksNation You guys beat spurs with multiple ball handling guards, wing defense, and bigs that could pass and defend
I see this as mn trying to copy that formula without giving too much away to do so. Ant was doubled a lot last year. He won’t be this year.
@JacksonLloyd If only there was a Bogdanovic out there
Tobias Harris sort of could do similar things. I’m hoping det cuts ties and tries to get someone “bigger named” and we get the benefit
@JacksonLloyd Yeah if you’re asking me to rank right now aging Kyrie post Achilles, dejonte Murray, ja, or lamelo I think it wouldn’t be close that ball is best choice with contract/age/ability and fit with ant
Obviously Giannis was goal 1, but nice to see them trying for any star they find
@PDWolves When we traded Julius and assumed naz was starting 4 I was very worried about his ability to not foul out when playing 35+ mins.
He was guarantee 3 bad fouls a game as a 6man… I assume he will lead the hornets in fouls per game.
@The_Barftender I feel like they are trying to pivot naz into that role. And his scoring ability can do that. Keeping McDaniels as 2B or 3rd option. I just really think naz might actually need to swap with Jaden on d or even just stay perimeter to funnel to Rudy and Jaden to avoid foul trouble
@rhcpvikings Yep. I’ve heard someone else mention how 7-7 was essentially the easiest and best time for Kyler to show off and separate. And the fact he hasn’t now means that will be harder as line man come in and pads come on and things start to get more realistic.
@clevelandreaper One of the best types of jokes my friends and I do is reference a song title from a band but use another song from them as the reference
When all of us get together after many years.
“Tonight is gonna be like that thin lizzy song!…..Jailbreak!”
