I've done some very difficult things in my life, but sustainably #healthyweight has always evaded me, until February when my new doc talked with me about my blood sugar, blood pressure, and risk factors.

5 months later: 330→300 lbs
A1C: nearly prediabetic→normal
BP: high→manageable

Been thinking about William Gibson's line: "The future is already here, it's just not evenly distributed." What happens when AI productivity gains hit an inflection point and become... evenly distributed? Great for individual companies, but the 2nd order macro paradoxes are wild!

Layer on top: AI models are eating SaaS use cases. Why pay for specialized tools when general models can handle the workflow? Plus, build vs buy is completely flipping because product companies can now build features internally faster and cheaper than paying recurring SaaS subs.
