@BennettDurando Can’t understand why Gordon was in the dunker spot basically all of OT. Every time they brought him to wing/involved in screener actions up top they got an open shot. They sagged so far off Jokic second half it eliminated a lot of his interior passing.

The #Nuggets movement, defense, everything gums up and gets worse with Nnaji on the floor. Extension was a mistake that is hampering the roster in the second apron now. Something’s gotta give with the reserve centers to improve the defense and second unit.

@WalshFreedom There will be certain advantages to the end of the Chevron Doctrine. An RFK Jr. led FDA seems very likely to issue new policies which run afoul of judicial review where no deference is afforded to the agency. The new admin may come to regret the end of Chevron here and beyond.

@OrinKerr What sort of data would an AI predictive policing software have to grab to rise to the level of a “search?” It sounds like there are guardrails that make this unable to happen right now, but I wonder where the line is and whether AI conceivably might be used near that line.
