@Shadypenguinn Hey Shady! I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Your best bet is to figure out your basal metabolic rate (BMR) and add 300-500 calories for a cut. Easiest way to find it is to do an inbody scan, a ton of gyms have them nowadays
@malynberger As someone who is making their career in health and fitness, this is 100% true and I tell people all the time not to worry about their BMI.
