@AskLyft hoping you can help with an issue I experienced tonight using your service… I paid for xtra for priority pickup to make it to a store before it closed, but the Lyft dropped me off at the wrong location… I then ordered another priority Lyft to the correct location…

I have used Lyft a lot—once a power user—since I don’t drive.. is there anything you can do? I feel taken advantage of due to nothing I did wrong, especially since I would have made it well within time if I had been dropped off at the correct location in the first place. 💕🥺🙏
