@RoyalMailHelp your redelivery booking system isn't working online. When I enter the reference on the redelivery it takes me to the tracking page. The 'boom redelivery' button on this page takes me back to the redelivery page and I enter this loop again.

@AmazonHelp In both cases I could have cancelled my order and reordered at the higher price and had the item the next day. Yet my preexisting order (at a cheaper price) was never dispatched.

@AmazonHelp No, it’s that the delivery date is always pending. I ordered a bbq and then it came back in stock at a higher price. For 2 weeks it was back in stock and my order was never dispatched. In the end I cancelled and gave up. It’s now the same situation on another product.

@santanderukhelp Is there an issue with the OTP process. I've tried to apply for a loan twice and at the OTP stage the website just throws an error.[Exception in: /WEB-INF/JSP/message/....] null is the message displayed.
