Gov/@NCSBE: The amendment language on the ballot is misleading, and the amendments would harm the Gov’s powers.
#ncga leaders: There’s no legal standard for “misleading,” and it’s not misleading anyway.

Tyson Chicken, which employs many here in #NC06 in the Sanford area, announced yesterday a cut in their revenue forecast, which sent the stock down 6%.

What reason did the cite for the cut? Because tariffs are hurting their ability to sell their product overseas.

Cool story I got to work on after attending a public meeting last night in Mamers, which is one of my favorite town names ever.

For nearly 90 years, Boone Trail School served the residents of Mamers and the surrounding area.

Now, some of those residents — a large chunk of them alumni and their descendants — are trying to save the building from demolition.
