@Roto_Frank If @CTowersCBS is on, I hope he’d appreciate this one. It’s a long standing name i use, not a seasonal gimmick one
The Needle and the Pennant Won (Referring to Johnny Pesky and the 1946 Red Sox team)
@Roto_Frank @logicallylogicc @DMendy02@CBSScottWhite @CTowersCBS @FFToday Just want to jump in and say I adore the product that FBT puts out. While there aren’t quirky segments, I think all 3 of your personalities really shine through and that makes for a fun listen while the content is immediately applicable to my leagues. 10/10 from me!!
@DetroitBeastie Which is why I’m anti-vote and pro commissioner veto. I can’t necessarily trust 12 guys are gonna vote integrity first but in any serious league I wouldn’t play w a commissioner I didn’t trust.
@CTowersCBS I know he gets dinged for retiring at 30 but hard to say those pitchers were greater than Sandy Koufax in my opinion. Fun discussion topic!!
@baseballpods 1. Florence Welch
And then in no particular order: Ann Wilson, Stevie Nicks, Rod Stewart, Chris DeBurg, Billy Joel, Ed Kowalczyk… I’m sure I’m missing some
@J2daJones I think it creates better TV along the way when the perceived big dogs get blindsided. I think it produces a much better season in the end when the strongest players are left fighting at the finish! I have to remind myself this when watching sometimes
@RotoGut Crazy that 50 percent can view something that has only happened once in the last 75 years as “likely” based on less than 5 percent of a seasons worth of stats
