Jon Scheyer has time.
I have no bias here.
This is a tech 10/10 times. For multiple reasons… it would have lost the game for his team and he would have tried to fight the officials like he did nothing wrong. I just don’t understand it at all.
Also, referees need to grow a spine in instances like this.
The Blue Devils have only lost four games over the last year… but they’ve all been blown DOUBLE-DIGIT leads 😳
▪️March 29 vs. UConn (largest lead: 19 PTS)
▪️February 7 vs. UNC (largest lead: 13 PTS)
▪️December 20 vs. Texas Tech (largest lead: 17 PTS)
▪️April 5 vs. Houston (largest lead: 14 PTS)

Scheyer also announced Patrick Ngongba II is out for the ACC tournament with foot soreness, but is hopeful for a return for the NCAA tournament.
Jon Scheyer improves to 117-24 at Duke after beating NC State 🤯
His 117 wins tie Butler's Brad Stevens for the most by a D-I coach in their first four seasons 🔥

Trevor Keels was the kind of player every team wanted. He showed up the same way every night, fully committed, no shortcuts. Tough, fearless, comfortable in big moments. From 25 in his debut to clutch March shots, he played like every possession mattered.
This is GOLD
