Every morning I used to spend ten minutes re-explaining my entire company to Claude. Who I am, what I’m building, where everything lives. Like introducing myself to my own assistant, daily.
So I built the assistant an operating system instead.
4/ Built it for solo founders running a whole company out of one brain and a lot of browser tabs. You bring an Anthropic, Supabase, and Cloudflare account. Free tiers work. It brings the rest.
Saw a 25-step ‘turn Claude into a work system’ guide going around. Ran it against my actual setup. I’m doing all 25, plus a dozen the list doesn’t mention. Then I realized I’d basically built the thing twice: once for me, once as a product I sell. Anyway, the free workshop’s good, go watch it.
@gregisenberg #4 hits hardest. The MCP-as-SEO frame is right, but most builders are still treating it as a future thing.
I’m a solo non-technical founder in Wisconsin. Shipped three public MCP servers this year across my portfolio.
The window to be early here is months, not years.
Cleaning up my old YA fantasy for republishing and just found a drunken duet I wrote 15 years ago that I have ZERO memory of writing. Past me really said “what these two grizzled mentors need is a folk song about a man getting emotionally destroyed by a goddess.” Apparently past me was going through something.
Solo non-technical founders: I see you opening Claude Code, staring at the cursor, and closing the laptop.
I’ve shipped 4 products this year that way. Tracklix, SiftId, Yggdrawsil, plus client work. None of them required me to write code.
If you’re stuck somewhere between “I have an idea” and “I have a working product,” I’ll spend 2 hours with you on a live call working on YOUR actual blocker. Screen share, real progress, async notes after.
$250. Free 30-min discovery call first to make sure I can actually help.

Built a free Roblox safety guide for parents. No email, no upsell, just a PDF.
The thing that surprised me most: how much of what parents actually need to know is buried or written in vague safety-blog language nowhere parents will find it.

1/ I run 4 live SaaS products solo using three Claude surfaces: Chat for strategy, Cowork for scheduled ops, Code for builds.
Each one is great. None of them know what the others are doing.
So I built a relay between them. Quick writeup on what changed.
6/ If you're running more than one Claude surface seriously, you'll hit this wall eventually. MCP makes the fix trivial. A few hundred lines and a Postgres table.

5/ Anthropic could do this natively and it would be more powerful than my version. Auto-posting decisions, inline thread UI per surface, subscriptions at session start, native search and retention.
Not pitching a product. Just sharing the pattern.
