When you changed gates 4 times, delayed multiple hours, board the plane…and then you notice one of the workers is outside with his shoes off…probably not a good sign your plane is going to leave….1931 from BWI to LAS.

It has been one month since Southwest misplaced my airpods. Multiple people are giving me the run around. Southwest has misplaced my property. What is #SouthwestAir position? Where can I send the voicemail from Ron from PHL.

I need help. I left air pods on a flight from MDW to PHL. PHL Supervisor Ron called me and left me a voicemail indicating that he found my AirPods. I have the voicemail. Since then, Southwest has misplaced them. Ron,nor his manager, Manny, will call me back.
@KelsKels21 We are sorry that this happened. I had to leave Edmond early to be with my family out of state. We arranged, and paid, to have the remaining items and trash removed. Obviously, it wasn’t taken care of.
@OGandE 47 hours without power. Neighbors, in same community, same subdivision, have had power for over 12 hours. My electrical components have not been damaged on my home. I know that you are busy and I appreciate what you are doing. This just does not seem right.
