@AlphaRugbyCoach @Marianne_D1 It's amazing because ESPN has done research on one of their sports science snippets and proved how much more accurate this movement is. There is no real excuse for not using it. The focus seems more on an aestheticly pleasing shot over performance

@Cronbach_Alpha9 @DHMov Yes of course Stu! The drill above is tailored for a running back in American football. So for football I would have defenders doing similar movements to what they would do in a match, so the participant can practice what they would see in a real game
