I was thinking about something similar earlier this year that would use open side swing video and their respective launch metrics to find the best swing mechanics to generate those metrics. Would take so much data though and every player is different physically

@blandalytics @DrummeyDylan @PitcherList This is great stuff. I think from a player dev POV this could be a great way to show that improvement isn’t always linear, like in the Dylan’s Movement plot which shows a pretty steep drop off just outside the average movement profile. Not a huge gap from an avg to unique profile
