@JagexSupport I did. None of those options are my issue :( I described the specifics and I think they are very strange. Why is it changing the way I can log in to random letters? I am not banned, I can log in.

@JagexSupport created a regular acc today. When trying to verify, a glitch occured where I cannot use my email to login. Asked for acc’s associated with email and it gave me “Ftuh1v3kg0l” using this I logged in. Why is it doing this? I bought membership. Please help. Thanks!
