@Apostolicunfl I moved back home for a bit and assisted my moms church with music with bass and percussion. They had drums but I only used mallets and cymbals. Minimal beats. I really just appreciated the hymns and all the new songs were stuff like this and people would clap sometimes afterward
@OwenBenjamin The funniest part about the clip is the utter shock you have that somebody is actually talking like that. I listened to an episode or two over 5 years ago but that was brutal.
@OwenBenjamin When I went and visited Oswego as a teenager (mom's hometown) I tried to say hello to a middle aged guy walking down the street. I am from the south/lowcountry so this was not unnatural. I got initiated in about 5 seconds on how to act after that. Changed me.
@OwenBenjamin first 30 seconds of this is gold. "wtf man". Guy was never interesting and just seemed more obsessed with movies than anything. Reminds me of the renegade people. They would have to watch the evil Chappelle comedy special to tell you how bad it is.
@gorjusbutiful Is it still happening? I worked at a small restaurant in tampa in 2010-11 and never watched him but realized the food networks consequences on society at that point. Guy looked like him straight up when i put it together later.
