@ShadowInvestor3@michelamar3 And one more thing: if the construction company misses the agreed completion deadline, DGXX could have contractual penalties or damages in place. There’s a strong financial incentive to deliver the project on time.

@growth91492@michelamar3 Its on timez bro. You would vizualize this video differently if the walls and ceiling would be in place. They fly in under of weeks. They are prioritizing other installations now. Simple as that.
$DGXX How much weight do you guys put on Vestberg’s involvement? Just a big name, or could he actually play an important role in DGXX’s transition into AI infrastructure?
$DGXX Michel Amar in earnings call Q2:
''We are very confident that we will lend debt financing for not only this project, which we will get cash back because we already, as we stated earlier, we already CapExed over $110 million. So we are going to get cash back.
We are going to preserve a strong balance sheet. We found a great financial partner, not only for this year, but for next year and the next few years of growth. We have all the cards in our hands.
A little bit of faith from our shareholders, the same faith that I give to my company, that I invested privately 10 years ago, and we will be in a very amazing situation in the next three months to six months. You have to appreciate that in 12 months, we changed that company numbers dramatically. We went from $1.7 million to $150 million of cash today plus $110 million of CapEx.''

Question is who has faith?
They’re coming from a Bitcoin mining background, not a company with years of experience in investor relations and PR. That lack of experience definitely shows at times.
But I do think they’re slowly improving. More construction updates, site photos, progress posts, etc. Hopefully that continues. The market needs execution more than the photos & videos, but better communication along the way wouldn’t hurt either.
@JaxxMcbride@overtakealpha@michelamar3 And @michelamar3, please ditch the cheap sounding Indian voiceovers in your videos. The company is trying to position itself as serious AI infrastructure. The presentation should match the ambition.
Fair points. The Cerebras deal materially de-risked the story, but now management has to prove they can execute. Financing, Phase 1 delivery and eventually monetizing the broader MW pipeline are what matter from here.
I’m not giving management a free pass either, but I also wouldn’t interpret the lack of constant updates as evidence that financing or the ATM is going badly. Until we get filings or an announcement, we simply don’t know.
High risk, high reward. For me, execution will decide the outcome of $DGXX and not the day to day share price. Im zooming 2027.
@JaxxMcbride Let’s see what these flashy Amars can actually pull off. Management might be crooked and fishy as hell, but if they can execute well enough to push $DGXX into the $14–$20 range, that’s my exit. Simple as that.
@JaxxMcbride I see $4 as the waiting room right now. Without material news, $3.50–$4.50 chop wouldn’t surprise me.
Close the non-dilutive financing and deliver Cerebras Phase 1 on time in December, and the valuation conversation changes completely. Execution is the catalyst.
$DGXX looking constructive today
RSI turning up and price pushing into the key moving averages. $4.40–$4.50 looks like the next important test. Break through that with volume and things could get interesting.
For me, the deciding factor is what happens next. If $DGXX delivers the Cerebras 40 MW, closes attractive project financing, generates substantial recurring AI revenue and grows shareholder value, those awards look much easier to justify.
If execution disappoints while executives continue receiving multimillion-dollar equity packages and shareholders get diluted, then it becomes a serious governance problem.
@chinoalemano Jagan’s reported holdings have jumped 225% since March/April from 100K to 325K.
That’s a pretty significant increase in equity exposure. Make of that what you will.
$DGXX 👀
Interesting change in CTO Jagan Jeyapaul’s reported holdings:
March/April: 100,000 shares/equity-linked securities
August: 325,000
Increase: +225,000 (+225%)
Important: this wasn’t 225K shares bought on the open market — the increase reflects additional company equity/option awards.
Still, interesting to see DGXX significantly increasing the CTO’s equity exposure while the AI infrastructure / NeoCloudz buildout is accelerating.

Gerard Rotonda says project financing is advancing with one of the world's largest private credit institutions managing $220B+ in credit assets.
Interestingly, BlackRock + HPS created a private credit platform with roughly $220B in assets.
Goldman Sachs is already assisting DGXX with syndication.
Not confirmation, but the numbers definitely make BlackRock/HPS worth watching.
