Criticizing the government may now qualify as “digital militia activity.” It seems in modern Brazil, a tweet, a column, or even a courtroom defense can be treated like an act of terrorism if it displeases the gods of the Supreme Court. This isn’t justice — it’s judicial cosplay. The same court that should protect freedom of expression now treats dissent as a criminal conspiracy. Apparently, defending due process is “attacking institutions.” Questioning arbitrary arrests is “spreading disinformation.” And anyone who refuses to kneel before the narrative is promptly branded an extremist.
