@JMNewsNetwork_ My personal view is that the local community shouldn't be disturbed, regardless of who they are. The masjid near my place blast the speaker at random times of the day; even as a muslim you can find that annoying, if they want a class or play the qasidah, they can do it inside.

A piece of advice for everyone:

Encourage one another.
