I had made the complaint (BI26062440096) for repair of my newly purchased Kodak TV on 24 Jun 26. However despite repeated reminders on whatsapp complaint no. , neither anyone has visited nor responded till date.

I urge to take immediate action

@DTDC Sir, I had booked a parcel containing shipment no. Z68023751 from Delhi on 17 Jan 26.
The item was about to deliver by 21 Jan at Coimbatore.
However, it has not been delivered till date.
Further poor response has been noticed from company. Pls do something
