Hurf e Qurat reached out to the victims of the Noorbagh Baramulla blaze. Basic camp facilities and women's needs were provided for. This after the unannounced initiatives last month, like iftar packs, COVID Centre meals at hospitals and monthly food supplies to the destitute.
