@upstox has one of the worst customer support experiences I've faced.
It's been over 8 days since I raised a serious issue about an unauthorized name change in my trading account. No resolution, no clear response, and no accountability.
Despite follow-ups and even calling their support team, I still have no clarity. This is not just poor service, it shows complete disregard for customer trust.
I'm seriously considering moving to @zerodha .
Has anyone else faced such issues with Upstox?
Is Zerodha better in terms of support and reliability for traders?

@Name_is_Earth @UpstoxSupport@upstox I’m guessing this is about the CDSL dashboard. They haven’t approved my CDSL account either, so I’m stuck unable to trade. Been following up for over 8 days with zero progress. Now they’re shamelessly replying here only when problems are aired publicly on X.
@UpstoxSupport Thanks for the generic apology. I’ve been sending emails and following up for over 8 days now, and yet there’s been zero real response or progress. If this is what you call being "actively engaged", then you might want to rethink your definition.
