@Vodacom I just got back from Vodacom after failing horribly to get my contract sorted telephonically. I was told by all the staff and shown on the 'System' that i was not allowed to downgrade to a cheaper package unless i take the contract with a device
@Vodacom I am a customer for almost 20 years and I canr believe your pathetic service. I upgraded my contract over a month ago and I am still waiting for my device. I was not told it was not in stock when I did the upgrade. Noone can provide a solution. Pathetic business #liars
