@Tablesalt13 Anyone who wants to save money? Mind you 49k cap for the year. That’s barely enough. In terms of demand. Not officially out but Ontario alone sold around 35k in 2025. Canada probably around 110-120k in 2025.

How do you think USA responds to this?

@ronmortgageguy I think the cap of 49k limitation this year then an eventual 70k per year in 5 year timeline simply creates urgency for USA to finalize a trade agreement with CAN.

We are way too reliant on USA for exports. I think this is a chess move. Let’s see how it plays out for Canada!

I was confident about buying Calgary Real Estate since late 2021. I think investors from Toronto & BC have started to create a brewing housing crisis in Calgary now too..

Appreciation is not the same in Alberta as it is in ON & BC, it was great for cash flow but now…. #housing
