Did you know the first road Houston ever paved once it annexed Sunnyside went straight to a city dump?
Sunnyside's history is one of forging their own path forward. And that's exactly how they're "Clearing the Air" today. Join us for the short film on Thursday, Nov 9th! 🌟
We would like to invite you to join artists Zainob + Mathew tonight at the new Sunnyside Multi-Service Center, for a special preview of their film, “Sunnyside Stories: Narratives of a Historic Black Neighborhood.”
A commissioned film following the making of “The Dreamcatcher” a permanent artwork commissioned for the Sunnyside Health and Multi-Service Center by the much beloved Jesse Lott.
