After almost 10 years as CEO of #RasmalaGroup I am handing over the reins to my successor. The Board has confirmed the appointment of Eric Swats as the next CEO with immediate effect. The Board has also offered me the Chairman role which I am honoured to accept.

The Rasmala Group has announced the acquisition of a Tesco supermarket asset in the United Kingdom for US$40 million. This investment forms part of a broader US$1.4 billion UK investment programme focused on logistics, living strategies, healthcare and life sciences.

Rasmala has successfully completed the sale of a UK based #Amazon logistics facility to Korean investors. The one million square foot facility, the size of 14 football pitches, is one of the largest Amazon logistics centres in the United Kingdom.
