The mining industrial complex is so secure so much that security companies owned by former apartheid special forces are the ones that get main security contracts for both underground and surface operations. Even Ramaphosa founded Shanduka is listed as one of the clients. One such company with massive security services contracts in the mining sector( and other sectors) is Cortac Security founded by Zionist Jew Mark Notelovitz who was also a member of the 1979 Operation Bootlace, an SANDF and Rhodesian Army unit that combined forces to destroy logistics and agricultural infrastructure in Mozambique which led to Samora Machel putting pressure on Robert Mugabe to attend the Lancaster House Conference to minimize further attacks on ZANLA hosts Mozambique and Angola. Mark Notelovitz is also former National Chairman of Community Security Organization, a Jewish organization founded in 1993 to guard Jewish institutions, and until 2007 did not have its members registered with PSIRA. The CSO has a history of terrorizing people. Mark is also a member of an organization called South Africa Special Forces Association where they continue to share ideas on keeping grips on the private security industry and their overall apartheid system ideals.

I was part of the team that undertook a forensic investigation into the corrupt activities around the establishment of the Waterfall Estate development in Midrand

The Mia family (ANC funders) who originally owned the property upon which Waterfall Estate is now built, bribed officials at the then Gauteng Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Environment to gain approval to develop the most sensitive and environmentally important piece of contiguous egoli granite grassland in the whole of Gauteng.

The approval was contingent on a huge donation being made to the ANC at the time.

We could never work out how Century Developers were always able to secure authorisation for the continuous development of the area in contravention of environmental legislation.

It is clear now that Mashatile was using his influence with the officials at GDARDE in return for a property in the exclusive development. 

It's just never ending with these criminals in the ANC.

1. That the guaranteed immunity from criminal prosecution for ABB South Africa in clause 4 of the Dispute Resolution and Cooperation Agreement concluded between the Investigating Directorate and ABB South Africa on December 01, 2022, is declared unlawful, unconstitutional, and set aside.

2. A declarator that the Investigating Directorate overreached by usurping the function of the courts when it concluded and entered into a non-prosecution agreement with ABB South Africa.

3. The NPA’s decision to enter into the Alternative Dispute Resolution where there is a strong case and adequate evidence to criminally prosecute ABB South Africa is reviewed and set aside.

4. An order declaring the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Cooperation Agreement between the Investigating Directorate and ABB South Africa is unconstitutional and unlawful. It is declared invalid and not legally binding.

5. Grant the Applicant the application costs together with the costs of two counsels.

6. Granting to the Applicant such further and/or alternative relief as the above Honourable Court may deem just and equitable.

𝗧𝗔𝗞𝗘 𝗙𝗨𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 that the affidavit of 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗞𝗼𝗸𝗼 and annexures hereto will be used in support of this application together with a much further affidavit as the Applicants may file in terms of Rule 53(4) of the Uniform Rules of Court.
