An interesting dig from the British Library. Generally, Bareilwi mullahs and pirs (such as the Pir of Manki) were readily available to serve the British Raj, but it appears the British also managed to buy some Deobandi mullahs indirectly through intermediaries like

Pakistan already builds its own drones and buys more from China and Turkiye.
So why turn to a year-old US firm backed by two of President Donald Trump's sons, linked to Israel and selling drones to India?

“#Afghanistan is not an enemy state,” Foreign Offiec spokesman @ForeignOfficePk Sajjad Haider Khan @kachosajjadFSP said at his first weekly briefing on Thursday. Ambassador Khan said Afghan students having legal documents can continue education in Pakistan, adding no decision has been taken to send all Afghan students back to their country. “Those Afghan students who have legal visas can stay in Pakistan,” he added. Although the FO spox said students with visas can continue studies in Pakistan, students told me this morning that students with valid visas have also been asked to return to Afghanistan. Also the @pmdcofficial notifications have not mentioned students with visas can confirm. The #PMDC has asked all medical institutions that “Afghan nationals” enrolled in Pakistan should return under the current policy.
Yes, Apple’s R&D centers in Israel (Herzliya, Haifa, Jerusalem) contributed to the design of key silicon in the iPhone Duo, including the C2 cellular modem and N1 wireless chip for connectivity. Camera technologies also draw on Israeli team work and past acquisitions. The hinge and display stack come from other suppliers (Taiwan/US/Samsung). Chips are fabricated by TSMC.
Pakistan's decision to deport illegal foreign students is a standard sovereign action. Foreigners studying without proper visas or documentation violate basic immigration laws. No Pakistani can study abroad without strict vetting, so the same standard must apply at home.
The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council's decision requiring Afghan medical students in Pakistan to return to Afghanistan is patently discriminatory and arbitrary in nature. The consequences of this decision are especially severe for female students, many of whom have already been denied access to higher education in Afghanistan amid Taliban’s ongoing gender persecution and now face the prospect of losing one of the few remaining pathways to pursue their education and profession. Many of these students will have devoted years studying medicine, only to see their education brought to an abrupt and unjustifiable end, with little prospect of being able to resume their studies elsewhere.
Pakistan has obligations under international human rights law to uphold the right to education without discrimination on the basis of national origin. Amnesty International urges the authorities to adopt a humane and practical solution that allows Afghan students, including women and girls, to complete their education.
