.@StephanieZandee, a new faculty member at The Neuro, studies #multiplesclerosis brain lesion evolution, from formation to destruction to repair. She uses fluorescent imaging with single-cell and bulk RNA-sequencing, tissue clearing with light sheet microscopy plus #machinelearning on images to discover patterns in lesions.
