@KeishaMcHargue I think having an idea of who the person is with the district and community is very important. I think a good candidate does their homework and knows specifics about the district if they are applying for and hopefully is applying because it is a good match.

@marialantz7 I totally agree that you have to be able to see the passion in your future hires. Certain skills they can learn as they progress on the job, but you either have passion or you don't and that's very important!

A6: I have learned that it is important to stay connected on social media because it allows you to get different perspectives in all aspects of instruction and classroom. It also allows you to be present and see what is being said from others about the school. #ISUci454

A5: My high school math teacher had the biggest impact on me because she was willing to help me anytime I needed it even if it was 11:30 on a Sunday. I really struggled with her class and didn't enjoy it much and she still cared about me even outside of her classroom #ISUci454
