Your brain is hostage. Your entire personality is hostage.
You cannot grasp how much better your life will become if you stop watching TV, using social media and all overstimulation.
Reduce your activities to only:
-Work
-Reading (fiction is fine)
-Exercise
-Low-stimulation creative hobbies (guitar, writing, etc.)
-Direct human interaction
No scrolling. No TV. No drinking. No video games.
Intentional. Purposeful. Boredom.
Through this boredom your brain will reach absurd clarity. Left alone, this clarity will turn towards things that improve your life. Those things will become addictively fun.
Here are two simple ways to test yourself.
A) Crack open a fiction novel. A good one, so you have no excuses. Can you sit and read for an hour straight?
95% of people cannot do this.
B) During the day, measure how much time you spend doing nothing.
If you are like most people, there is not a single moment where you sit with your thoughts. Zero moments where you allow yourself to be bored. Every empty moment is filled with a screen/some form of stimulation.
If you can't do A...And B is out of control...The solution is to simply...Start practicing both.
Drop all the overstimulation. Give yourself only 4 options.
Work
Read
Exercise
Sit and be bored
That's it.
You will be shocked how easy 1, 2 and 3 become when you don't give your brain any other option.
Even better...You will notice your personality and creativity returns...that vibe you had when you were a kid...when you allow your brain to just sit...
Do it. You'll unlock super powers.
pinealon won't fix your sleep if you goon until 4 am
modafinil won't fix your focus if you lack discipline
BPC-157 won't heal your gut if you keep eating like shit
bromantane won't fix your dopamine if you keep popping adderall
phenylpiracetam won't make you godlike if you're a loser
FIX YOUR HABITS FIRST
Doomscrolling is a black magic ritual. You lay in the same position. Turn off the lights, deeply focused on the feed. You’re shown memes, tragedies and “useful” information (it’s all slop) and before you know it you’re stuck in a trance. Your thumb moves without thought. You’re in flow but it’s artificially engineered by the dopamine loops the algo was built to trigger. You remember you have things to do but the black mirror pulls you in deeper by showing you something that stimulates you more. Before you know it, all your free time is gone. Every original idea you may have had is gone. You’re polluted with open loops and feel restless all the time. Every day you go to your altar (your bed), pull out your rosary (your ig feed) and you endlessly worship slop. Time blurs together and years have gone by yet you repeat the same pattern. Why? because you’ve never been taught how to engage with your own boredom, with your own pain, with your own discomfort. You resist it like it’s killing you, but what’s killing you is what you’ve turned into a part of your life (scrolling). It’s inverted. If you simply learned how to be courageous and face your immediate discomfort with pain and boredom. You’ll allow your natural wisdom and creativity to rise and begin living a life you truly want to live.
@c0med0rdeb0sta7 odeio o cristiano ronaldo jogando de centro-avante, ele é muito melhor jogando de segundo atacante. mas contra espanha é melhor só um mesmo se não o meio campo deles engole
