@ZanskarPolice arrested an Israeli national during routine checking at PCP Kargyak & recovered suspected narcotic substances. An FIR under the NDPS Act has been registered and investigation is underway. @Zanskarpolice remains committed to a drug-free district.

District Police Zanskar foiled an illegal bovine transportation attempt, intercepted a truck carrying 10 bovine animals, arrested 5 accused, and rescued the animals, which were handed over to the Animal Husbandry Department, Zanskar. Investigation is in progress.
