Client subscriber needs one outlet and one lamp fixture wired properly, done.

Subscriber needs tankless water heater, no hot water fixed, complete, swap water flow sensor, check valve, clean igniter and flame sensor. Kids don’t but tankless and ignor maintenance

Customer / client with LG washer not draining.

Dismantle whole machine top/front/control panel just to replace drain pump. tons of black mold on machine gasket, soap dispenser, and all feed/drain hoses. cleaned and reinstalled.

Build - solid wood 12”x72” self suitable for painting.

Client finds LG washing machine not emptying after wash cycle.

Fix - cleared clogged filter, found broken pump impeller. Ordered new pump.

2.) Source $380 Speakman shower valve divert (FB market) for $80, remove replace old valve, add over head rain head.
