@Lil27301 @loveholidays Did you get this sorted? Our return flights have been cancelled and we fly out in a week and still haven’t heard anything from love holiday- they just keep telling us to wait! Which is so stressful when you don’t know how you are getting home from your holiday!

@Glwharton When you downloaded the app initially, did you have any event information about the concert on it at all? Mine is completely blank, which is concerning me, it just looks like this

@robylar Thanks for replying, how long before your concert did you get your tickets? I still have 3 weeks, but my app is currently empty, so not sure if it’s meant to at least have some info on, it currently looks like this

@Gigantic @trubby26 @Gigantic I already did this earlier today, but unfortunately the advice I got was just to wait until closer to the time- which I am happy to do, but my concern is that currently the app is completely blank and not even showing any upcoming events x
