The Arc Ecosystem is Taking Shape
With today’s public testnet launch, we’re proud to share that leading companies across major sectors of the global financial system and onchain economy are already engaging in the early Arc ecosystem.
Collectively, these organizations manage hundreds of trillions in assets, facilitate vast global payment flows, and power billions of transactions every day.
Spanning the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, the geographic diversity of testnet participants highlights a defining strength of Arc: it’s purpose-built to connect every local market to the global economy. As the Economic OS for the internet, Arc presents the opportunity for every type of company to build on enterprise-grade network infrastructure — advancing a shared vision that a more open, inclusive, and efficient global economic system can be built natively on the internet.
Stablecoins and asset issuers:
Arc is designed as a foundation for issuers of fiat stablecoins, along with tokenized equities, credit, money market funds, and more. Central to this is Arc’s roadmap for stablecoins as tokens for gas payments, as well as native infrastructure that will be deployed on Arc for core stablecoin swaps and FX liquidity.
Currency issuers from key geographies — Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and the Philippines — who are joining for Arc Testnet include:
AUDF issued by Forte Securities
BRLA issued by Avenia
JPYC issued by JPYC Inc.
KRW1 issued by BDACS
MXNB issued by Juno (a Bitso company)
PHPC issued by CoinsPH
QCAD issued by Stablecorp
In addition to these global currency issuers, Circle is engaging with a wide range of stablecoin issuers and stakeholders — including issuers of dollar-, euro-, and other fiat-backed stablecoins — to bring their assets to Arc. Stay tuned for more details on upcoming Arc platform enhancements designed for stablecoin-based gas fees, FX, and cross-stablecoin liquidity and interoperability, which are key themes and focuses for the emerging internet financial system.

Stablecoins are borderless, always-on money, and the first real upgrade to global payments since SWIFT.
Regulation, by definition, isn’t borderless. Jurisdictions worldwide — led by the EU and U.S. — are adopting their own stablecoin rulebooks. But to unlock the full potential of the internet of value and stablecoin-powered cross-border commerce, these rules must be aligned across borders.
In my latest op-ed for @CoinDesk, I examine the world’s two leading frameworks — Europe’s MiCA and America’s GENIUS Act — and show how, despite some minor differences, they provide a shared foundation for safe and credible global stablecoin operations. And for further cross-border alignment.
Merz and Macron are right: fragmentation of the internet of value is not an option. Now is the time to foster true global alignment

Introducing Arc: an open L1 built for stablecoin finance.
“Arc is where the speed and openness of the internet meet the trust and reliability of regulated finance.”
Trust in digital finance is earned, not assumed.
From MiCA to regulatory frameworks in Japan, Canada, the UAE, and beyond, Circle continues to help define what safe, sound, and interoperable digital money looks like in a modern economy.
Proud of the work our teams have done across jurisdictions to meet the moment and build responsibly.
At @circle, our mission to raise global economic prosperity through the frictionless exchange of value has never wavered, and today I am proud to share that @circle is now a public company, listed on the @NYSE under $CRCL
Thank you to all our extraordinary Circlers and trusted partners around the globe. As we take this next step, our focus remains the same, building a more inclusive, open, and efficient financial system that works for everyone, everywhere. The future of finance is here.
Circle is now officially a public company, listed on the @NYSE under $CRCL.
With @USDC, EURC, Circle Payments Network & more, we're pushing forward a future of frictionless value exchange.
We are not just building financial products. We are building the money layer of the internet.
To everyone who has contributed to this moment, thank you.
I am incredibly proud and thrilled to share that @circle is now a public company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under $CRCL!
12 years ago we set out to build a company that could help remake the global economic system by re-imagining and re-building it from the ground up natively on the internet.
Our mission – to raise global economic prosperity through the frictionless exchange of value – has animated our work ever since.
When we founded the company, I told every employee and every investor that this was a multi-decade opportunity, and that I sought to build a deeply lasting internet technology platform. Now, just over a decade in, we are just starting to realize our early vision.
Our transformation into being a public company is a significant and powerful milestone – the world is ready to start upgrading and moving to the internet financial system. From inception, we have been deeply focused on being trusted, transparent, compliant, ethical and well governed. Holding ourselves to the high standards of the NYSE and SEC rules and regulations further deepens those attributes.
To every single person, project and firm who’s been part of this journey, thank you. I am humbled and deeply grateful. This is not only a moment for each of us personally, I believe it's a significant moment in the future development of our global economic system as it inexorably synthesizes with the internet.
Our in principle regulatory approval from @ADGlobalMarket represents more than a regional milestone - it is a global signal that regulatory clarity and innovation can, and must, coexist. As forward-looking jurisdictions like the UAE establish clear pathways for digital finance, @circle continues to demonstrate how trusted infrastructure, built on rigorous compliance and transparency, can advance the safe adoption of stablecoins worldwide. This moment reinforces our belief that regulation is not a constraint on innovation, but its most powerful catalyst. 🇦🇪

We’ve received In-Principle Regulatory Approval from @ADGlobalMarket! 🇦🇪
We have also entered into a strategic collaboration with @hub71ad, to strengthen innovation within the digital assets space, and advance access to trusted, transparent, and regulated stablecoin infrastructure across the region.

“It would be an utter mistake to try to create a joint and severable model where stablecoins and market structure go side by side,” Disparte said. “It would deny the President a bipartisan legislative win… The stablecoin bill is ready to go and the @POTUS wants it on his desk to sign. They can do it before the summer recess, and there's energy—and I think a deep national security imperative to get it right.” from @andrewrchow's @TIME 100 panel.

It was great sharing a stage with @ARedbord at this year's @signalweek. In our two-sided interview, I made the case for trans-Atlantic digital diplomacy and regulatory harmonization. 🇫🇷🇺🇸
