@drkohilathas Was vegetarian until 35 then reluctantly ate meat for 18yrs, Ive also done Keto & fasting but 3m ago returned to being vegetarian & the positive impact is incredible. I feel cleansed & energetic. Fasting, neem & tumeric balls & veg homemade diet has completely transformed me.
