Fyi, becoming a vampire makes you feed on human blood, but doesn't turn you into a selfish psychotic killer with no human regard. Hundreds of other vampires in the show are a proof to this. So no, Stefan turning him into a vampire doesn't excuse Damon of all the horrible things

as someone who is fairly new but dropped the show, i realized there's no way anyone can find him even a bit tolerable unless u r a child or saw the show as a child and have nostalgia tied to him
