Seem Sevika hit a nerve with that last comment. Was it a little harsh? Maybe but now she can enjoy her drink in peace.
Zaun wouldn’t be that way if it wasn’t for Piltover in the first place.
Sevika and the rest of Zaun have been set in the
Caitlyn bit her tongue at Sevika's last words, because the storm hurling within her nearly had her explode towards the Zaunite, truly fed with all the bullshit they have to deal with every day. Teaching them new things, teaching them correct ways of living, too much on Caitlyn's
ways they have become custom to for so long that it’s hard to break free from it, even if her people don’t show it some are greatful
She could hear the sound of heals walking across the room, looking up from her empty
Even if that is true, Sevika wouldn’t believe it, she knows no one in Piltover will go out of there way to help Zaun or if they do it be for there own gain and not for the good of Zaun.
Shes never trusted anyone from Piltover and she doesn’t see herself doing that anytime soon.
Sevika wasn't aware of the greater good Caitlyn serves to Zaun, which she wanted to leave like that. She didn't wish for people to thank her or bring her in higher spotlight for her good doings. Caitlyn simply had a heart in the right place, even if she was still extremely
on home, little girl.”
The others were talking amongst themselves, trying to stay out of it but Sevika could seem them looking towards her, giving her ‘you don’t belong here look’ one that she’s use to.
Without even saying a word another drink was placed in front
her cigar as she ordered herself another drink, not looking at the other but she could feel eyes on her as she downed the drink.
Gonna be an even longer day now.
Was that meant to make her apologies or something? Sevika scoffed at the thought
“Oh yeah? And what you gonna do? Kick me out? See if I care, this place serves weak ass booze anyway.”
She knows she doesn’t but she enjoys getting under the others skin a little too much. She
Glancing over at the councilor's attidude, she immediately raised her eyebrow — cocking it in utter disbelief, then a scoff fell silent.
,,You're currently drinking for free in a building I own&in a city I run. I'd watch your mouth for that matter." Because in which mad world
knews how easily Piltover can make or break a person.
“I never forgot where I come from, Piltie. A place where I work for what I want, not get handed it to me.”
A smirk across her lips as she spoke those words.
Sevika wasn’t ashamed from where she came from
She took a drag off
Finally it was over, each meeting seemed to get longer and longer, or to Sevika they did.
Sometimes she had no idea what the other members were talking about, shes not into anything other than Zaun and seeing what others can do to help make it a better place.
She certainly wasn’t
The council meeting has came to an end and to admit, Caitlyn needed a smoke to get rid of at least the smallest amount of her irriration — which, didn't quite work, but at least she was calmer at heart. She loved Zaun and wished to make it a better place, but regardless, she was
anything, just sit there smoking her cigar, ignoring everyone around her and drinking enough to she could feel the effect of the weak alcohol they severe here.
But they all changed when she heard the Enforcer blurt out those words a little too loudly.
“I have more reason to be
