Seeing comments like these is so upsetting especially knowing how true it is.For the next couple of years riize will always have that image of the group with a member forced out after fans sent wreaths to company
WE HAVE SO MANY THINGS AGAINST US:
-ot6 with faster internet
-weverse itself is censoring us
-ot7 are out enjoying the holidays
So you can get tired from being in weverse but donโt get discouraged, if it were a fair fight, all of us against them, WE WOULD QUICKLY WIN ๐คทโโ๏ธ
You debuted him.
Even when his personal info was leak predebut, fans trusted you @SMTOWNGLOBAL to do right by Seunghan and the group he was in. You told fans we should not be worried since you will pursue lawsuit to anyone against slander and fake news (Aug 2023).
You let Seunghan apologized even when it's his personal info that was leak, AHEAD OF THEIR DEBUT.
RIIZE debuted.
Seunghan debuted in RIIZE.
Unfortunately, rumors did not stop. Leakage didnt stop.
Accusing Seunghan of leaking choreo didnt stop.
You let a poor boy bear it all until you need to announce his hiatus. You did not protect him until the end.

Ot6 be like "I'm in the right side of supporting riize" but their staff literally came running to kick them for their behavior ๐คฃ๐คฃ
and they still think that it's appropriate, as a fan, to be a sasaeng and a harasser ๐ฅธโ๏ธ
It could have been Shotaro
It could have been Eunseok
It could have been Sungchan
It could have been Wonbin
It could have been Sohee
It could have been Anton
It happened to Seunghan...
We fight for justice for Seunghan because it could have been any member.
NO. 1 GLOBAL LIARS: SM ENTERTAINMENTโผ๏ธ
SM always claims that they monitor people who harass Seunghan since his debut, but what have they done? ZERO ACTION, even when people sent him funeral wreaths, SM remained silent, not saying a single word about those funeral wreaths. Other companies have been issuing statements one after another about the legal actions theyโre taking to protect their artists, while SM is still stuck with the same empty promises from last year

The second issue at hand is the matter of holding the company accountable through legal means. I must make it clear that I, personally, will not be pursuing any such measures.
Now I will not discuss issues such as whether fans have legitimate standing to do so, whether the company bears legal obligations in the wreaths incident, or whether the case would be valid in a civil complaint due to Seunghan not being a worker. Instead, I want to address what I believe are more important issues before entering into these procedures.
Firstly, in the context of potential legal disputes or proceedings involving Seunghan and the company, it is of paramount importance to recognize that I am a disinterested third party, devoid of any direct interest in him. Given that Seunghan himself will personally navigate the legal process and bear the corresponding consequences, it is a legal, moral, and ethical obligation for me to obtain his explicit, informed, and voluntary consent before engaging in any legal action, whether it pertains to filing a complaint or initiating litigation. It is imperative for me to ask myself: have I diligently sought and secured his informed consent? Has he, in a clear and unequivocal manner, sought my legal representation or assistance, considering the direct impact on his life and career? Even if he is only investigated for a minute, his consent must still be obtained, otherwise he is involuntarily dragged into it. It's not just about theoretical 'should-bes' or exercising rights for their sake. Rather, it's about how these actions will actually affect his real life. If I turn a blind eye to this and proceed otherwise, I'll find myself wanting in empathy.
Secondly, at least until now, he is still under contract with the company. Should the company be reported or face a lawsuit, it could bring about unforeseen consequences for his present circumstances and long-term career. Many people now believe that the company will definitely throw him into the basement until his contract expires, so imagine how the company might treat him if they were to face an investigation, get caught up in litigation, or even be held accountable, because of him.
When a hostage is held at gunpoint, even the most professional sniper would hesitate before pulling the trigger.
Furthermore, regarding the hiring of a lawyer to terminate his contract.
Certain individuals, speaking as fans or so-called industry insiders, assert that staying with SM is detrimental to him and that a lawyer should be retained to sever the ties. However, it must be emphasized again that his own personal will is of the utmost importance. Up to this point, he has shown no inclination to leave the company, imposing one's will upon him under the pretext of doing him a favor is an overstep.
Also, if anyone truly desires his departure from the company, they should first secure a new employer for him and undertake the financial responsibility of paying the early termination fees. Without these preparations in place, any such suggestions are merely empty promises.
This is how France sees RIIZE, the group whose member was bullied out and not protected by his company. Is this what you want the world to remember RIIZE for @SMTOWNGLOBAL?
