Now I will not discuss issues such as whether fans have legitimate standing to do so, whether the company bears legal obligations in the wreaths incident, or whether the case would be valid in a civil complaint due to Seunghan not being a worker. Instead, I want to address what I believe are more important issues before entering into these procedures.

Firstly, in the context of potential legal disputes or proceedings involving Seunghan and the company, it is of paramount importance to recognize that I am a disinterested third party, devoid of any direct interest in him. Given that Seunghan himself will personally navigate the legal process and bear the corresponding consequences, it is a legal, moral, and ethical obligation for me to obtain his explicit, informed, and voluntary consent before engaging in any legal action, whether it pertains to filing a complaint or initiating litigation. It is imperative for me to ask myself: have I diligently sought and secured his informed consent? Has he, in a clear and unequivocal manner, sought my legal representation or assistance, considering the direct impact on his life and career? Even if he is only investigated for a minute, his consent must still be obtained, otherwise he is involuntarily dragged into it. It's not just about theoretical 'should-bes' or exercising rights for their sake. Rather, it's about how these actions will actually affect his real life. If I turn a blind eye to this and proceed otherwise, I'll find myself wanting in empathy.

Secondly, at least until now, he is still under contract with the company. Should the company be reported or face a lawsuit, it could bring about unforeseen consequences for his present circumstances and long-term career. Many people now believe that the company will definitely throw him into the basement until his contract expires, so imagine how the company might treat him if they were to face an investigation, get caught up in litigation, or even be held accountable, because of him.
When a hostage is held at gunpoint, even the most professional sniper would hesitate before pulling the trigger.

Furthermore, regarding the hiring of a lawyer to terminate his contract.
Certain individuals, speaking as fans or so-called industry insiders, assert that staying with SM is detrimental to him and that a lawyer should be retained to sever the ties. However, it must be emphasized again that his own personal will is of the utmost importance. Up to this point, he has shown no inclination to leave the company, imposing one's will upon him under the pretext of doing him a favor is an overstep.
Also, if anyone truly desires his departure from the company, they should first secure a new employer for him and undertake the financial responsibility of paying the early termination fees. Without these preparations in place, any such suggestions are merely empty promises.
