Myanmar junta is forcibly conscripting vulnerable #Rohingya & utilizing them as human shields. This cowardly act of the junta will lead to another wave of communal conflict between Rakhine & Rohingya communities. ICC member states should refer the junta’s crime to the Prosecutor.
