@AdiDazzlerClark @Magpie24_7 Thats not how it works. The punishment will remain on the books, but won't be applicable until the next season where we qualify for Europe. UEFA has no jurisdiction over what the FA/Prem does and as far as they are concerned we are within budget due to SJP loophole.
