@IndiGo6E Hello @IndiGo6E First at least pay off your customers for the flights you cancel last minute. First you ignore emails and then forcefully try to send vouchers. Why canโt you just keep the directive from @DGCAIndia & @AAI_Official for flight cancellation bank transfer compensation
@IndiGo6E There is too much of time wasted by your #CustomerExperience team-the strategy is such to have a new person respond using the same common email address & just use a new name, is it? I will repeat here again, I have requested for a bank transfer #compensation not a voucher at all

@IndiGo6E Hi, if you look up my previous DMs you will be able to find out more details & also get an idea as to from how many months these communications have been ignored tactfully. Now when I click on the compensation link in the most recent email it re-directs you to the voucher option
